Job Description

  • Finalising and accounts and advice on draft tax computation
  • Prepare financial forecast
  • Analyze clients’ business operations and financial performance
  • Identify problems, risks, and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and recommend strategic, operational, and financial solutions
  • Assist clients in business restructuring, process improvement, and growth initiatives
  • Support merger and acquisition activities, including due diligence and stakeholder coordination
  • Assist in business valuation exercise
  • Assist clients in pre-IPO restructuring, identify gap and work on improvement
  • Review business operation and advise for improvement
  • Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations for management
  • Liaise with clients, investors, and other professional advisors
  • Monitor implementation of recommended solutions and track outcomes
