Job Description
- Lead commercial finance and sales finance activities
- Oversee finance controlling operations: Accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), accounting
- Drive financial reporting and business performance presentations
- Support logistics finance processes
- Lead master distributor management: Setup, negotiation of terms, and operating model definition
- Define and manage project timelines: Go-to-market transition, system setup, and process changes
- Act as Business PMO lead for transformation: Define workplan, testing strategy, and execution roadmap
- 5-8 years of experience (minimum)
- Advanced English (mandatory)
- Strong experience in commercial finance and FMCG environments
- Experience working with distributors / go-to-market models
