Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with Property Managers, Facility Managers, General Contractors, and Commercial Clients.
- Generate new business opportunities focused on recurring property maintenance contracts.
- Identify cross‑selling opportunities for mechanical contracting, commercial tenant improvement, and general contracting services.
- Attend networking events, industry functions, walkthroughs, and client meetings throughout the Lower Mainland.
