The role is to drive strategic account growth through specification development, business development, and long-term customer engagement. This individual will be responsible for developing and expanding key customer relationships while identifying opportunities to strengthen Hilti’s market presence and commercial impact.

What You'll do

  • Serve as primary commercial and technical interface for assigned offshore EPCs (SBM, MODEC, YINSON, TechnipFMC, Saipem) and owners, driving sales of Modular Support Systems and Cable Transit solutions on FPSO/FLNG projects.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to increase share of wallet and secure specifications for modular systems and cable transits on target projects.
  • Build organizational maps and maintain senior relationships with C-level and technical decision-makers at EPCs and owners.
