Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across invoice discounting and working capital finance
  • Build strong relationships with CFOs, FDs, and business owners to understand funding requirements
  • Deliver compelling pitches and customised solutions addressing cash‑flow challenges
  • Grow a strong introducer and referral network to ensure ongoing pipeline quality
  • Consistently meet and exceed personal and team sales targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of solutions

Qualifications & Experience

  • BCom in Marketing or Finance
  • Minimum 2–5 years’ experience in trade or working capital finance (preferred)
  • Minimum 2–4 years in corporate working capital solutions
  • Experience in financial corporate lending or leveraged finance advantageous
