We are looking for a results-driven, proactive Business Development Associate (BDA) with 2 years of hands‑on experience in driving business growth through major freelancing marketplaces. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and an exceptional communicator who excels at navigating platform algorithms, writing high‑converting proposals, and managing initial client interactions.

In this role, you will lead our client acquisition efforts on Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer , turning cold job postings into active, revenue-generating projects.
