Overview

The Business Development Associate (BDA) is responsible for the delivery of all the non-client/prospect facing tasks of the other teams in the Business Development Department. This covers a wide range of administrative and clerical tasks which are intended for these other teams to spend time more time in front of prospective and client securing more business for TRT.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client accreditation process, including document preparation and uploading.
  • Handle data encoding for pre-sales and post-sales activities.
  • Assist with client's renewal process.
  • Support pre-sales by assisting Direct Marketing Associates (DMAs) with data extraction and CRM updates.
  • Assist post-sales by updating Client Configuration Management Database (CMDB) with new device details.
  • Update internal knowledge base (KB) as directed by BDA Team Leader or Director of Business Development (DBD).
