Job Description
This role is responsible for driving Employee Benefits (EB) business growth through the Direct Channel and strategic bank partnerships. The incumbent will focus on developing and managing relationships with bank partners, optimizing referral opportunities, and expanding the client portfolio.
The role also involves supporting new business acquisition, retention of existing clients, and working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening the Direct, Bank & SME distribution ecosystem and achieving sustainable channel growth.
