Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Dubai. The Business Development Manager will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build and manage a pipeline of prospects, and drive the full sales cycle from outreach to closing. This role includes researching target markets, engaging with potential clients, leading product demos, and crafting tailored proposals and commercial terms. The individual will collaborate closely with product, operations, and marketing teams to refine value propositions, respond to client feedback, and support go-to-market initiatives. Ongoing responsibilities include maintaining strong client relationships, monitoring market and regulatory trends in crypto and payments, and reporting on performance metrics and forecasts to leadership.
