Responsibilities
  • Identify, approach, and onboard Emirati brokers and brokerage firms across the UAE.
  • Build and maintain strong long‑term relationships with brokers to support business growth and increase sales performance.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned brokers, ensuring a high level of service and support.
  • Assist brokers throughout the registration, onboarding, and documentation processes.
  • Promote company projects, launches, and investment opportunities to broker partners.
  • Coordinate internally with relevant departments to resolve operational issues and facilitate commission‑related matters.
