Job Description
We are looking to hire a Business Development Executive - Corporate Sales who will be responsible for driving occupancy and revenue growth for the organization for our client based in Dubai – which is one of the leading property developer in the region.
This position is a contract role with an initial duration of 12 months and is renewable.
The role sits within the Commercial Department and reports directly to the Business Development Manager.
Key responsibilitiesGenerate new business through networking, cold calling, referrals, market research, and client meetings.
Negotiate lease terms, commercial agreements, and renewal contracts with corporate tenants.
Manage the full leasing cycle from lead generation and proposal preparation through to contract execution and handover.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective corporate clients and track opportunities through CRM systems.
