Business Development Executive Relian  
Dubai / Abu Dhabi, UAE 
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field 
2–4 years of sales/business development experience (preferably in UAE FM companies) 
Strong UAE market knowledge in FM and Interior Fit-Out 
Excellent communication and negotiation skills 
Key Responsibilities Identify and secure business opportunities with new and existing clients 
Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets 
Generate fit-out revenue with understanding of MEP, HVAC, and Civil scopes 
Coordinate with operations teams across Emirates 
Prepare proposals, presentations, and client submissions 
Maintain sales pipeline using ERP and CRM systems 
Build relationships with consultants, developers, and facility owners
