Role Overview
We are looking for an exceptional Business Development Manager to bring new business development to our global business.
Reporting directly to the Business Development Team Lead, Malaysia, you will work collaboratively with the Commercial team and potential partners, focusing 100% on bringing in new business.
This is a great opportunity for someone who likes to work autonomously in a fast‑paced changing environment, enjoys a challenge and wants to make an impact.
What you will be doing
- KPIs – Consistently achieve sales targets
- Outreach – Calling key decision‑makers using phone, email & social touches to bring on new business (some in‑person meetings as appropriate)
- Selling – Present, promote and sell products and services through product demos to prospective and existing partners
- Sales Cycle – Managing the entire sales process from prospecting to close
