Job Description
a. OVERALL JOB SCOPE To service existing clients to ensure clients' requirements are satisfactorily met. To work closely with clinic managers, doctors & staff and encourage them to send more specimens. To be responsible for promoting our service to new and existing clinics to increase business volume. To be responsible in debts collection from clinics with outstanding invoices. b. SALES ADMINISTRATION To aggressively promote laboratory services to clients to increase samples volume. To provide and coordinate sales administration, samples collection and reports generation. To enhance knowledge on new tests so as to promote to clinics & clients. To work closely with the Regional Operations & Development Manager/Marketing Manager. Any other duties to be assigned from time to time by the management. c.
