Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will:
- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the real estate market.
- Manage and follow up on generated leads, ensuring daily KPIs are met.
- Schedule a minimum of 10 client appointments, conducting at least one meeting per day.
- Understand clients’ needs and financial capabilities to recommend the most suitable projects.
- Assist potential clients with project site visits and property walkthroughs.
- Facilitate negotiations and close deals effectively.
- Regularly visit different project sites to maintain client engagement and market knowledge.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
