Business Development Executive £30,000 – £46,000 base + including up to £12,000 commission
York, North Yorkshire YO1  
Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday–Friday, between the hours of 8:30am and 6:00pm 
Eg - 8.30am – 5pm or 9am – 5.30pm or 9.30am – 6pm to suit you
Type: Full‑time, Permanent (Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days WFH) 
About the Role Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are seeking a driven Business Development Executive with proven telesales/cold‑calling experience and a true hunter attitude to join a growing team in York, North Yorkshire. You will generate new business through proactive outbound activity and secure well‑qualified appointments for the sales team. This role is predominantly focused on new business lead generation, identifying fresh opportunities, and driving revenue growth through persistent prospecting.
