Business Development - Kitchen & Bakery Equipment

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within cafés, bakeries, restaurants, hotels, and food facilities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Demonstrates strong technical understanding and product expertise in commercial kitchen and bakery processes, including key equipment categories such as ovens, mixers, proofers, and refrigeration systems.
• Supports clients in selecting, specifying, and implementing the right equipment solutions throughout the entire project cycle.

Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in kitchen equipment , bakery equipment , HORECA market , or foodservice industry
• Strong understanding of commercial kitchen, bakery processes, and equipment categories (ovens, mixers...
