About the Role
We're seeking a results-driven and strategic Business Development Manager to lead revenue generation across our Academy division. This role is responsible for overseeing daily sales operations, managing performance across multiple verticals (B2B and inbound), and ensuring all activities align with SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) regulatory requirements.
You’ll mentor and guide new sales hires, provide clarity on government grant policies, and spearhead efforts to meet and exceed team sales targets.
