We are looking for a proactive, well‑connected, and result‑driven Business Development Manager—Institutional Relations and Real Estate Valuation—to support the growth and expansion of 34 Real Estate Valuation LLC. The role focuses on developing strong business relationships with banks, developers, law firms, audit firms, real estate agencies, investment companies, family offices, and institutional clients to generate recurring valuation business and long‑term partnerships. 34 Real Estate Valuation provides professional property valuation services in Dubai for residential, commercial, and mixed‑use properties. Reports are used for sales, mortgage and financing decisions, investment analysis, legal purposes, taxation, insurance, portfolio management, feasibility studies, and other professional requirements.
