Responsibilities

:Market Development & Demand Creation
  • Identify and prioritize high‑potential applications, segments and stakeholders to accelerate specification and market penetration.
  • Target key consultants, designers, project owners and authorities to influence early design decisions.
  • Support regional teams on mega‑projects, strategic customers, and cross‑territory opportunities.
  • Actively support and align with the global Key Account Management approach by contributing upstream insights, technical positioning, and specification strategies for Dextra’s Key Accounts.
  • Provide early upstream intelligence to regions and BD leadership to maximize Dextra’s commercial positioning on major projects.
  • Work closely with regional Sales teams to support the conversion of specification wins into revenue, tracking influence-to-sales conversion.
