Job Summary   
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) with strong expertise in IT & Non-IT US Staffing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, acquiring direct clients, managing MSP/VMS accounts, developing vendor partnerships, and driving revenue growth across the US market. 
Key Responsibilities   
   Identify and generate new business opportunities in IT & Non-IT staffing across the USA. 
   Develop relationships with direct clients, MSPs, VMS programs, and Tier-1 staffing companies. 
   Acquire new accounts through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.
