Job Description

WCS Group is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth and expand our customer base. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our comprehensive range of services to both new and existing clients. You will effectively manage client relationships and contracts while striving to achieve individual and team sales targets.


Key responsibilities:
  • Effectively and accurately identify and complete tenders and PQQ applications to company standard, liaising with colleagues appropriately and in a timely manner to ensure prompt and correct submission.
  • Strengthen bonds with key national accounts and FM companies.
  • Prospect and develop new regional and nationally based business to achieve individual targets, effectively and accurately utilising the company's CRM system.
