Job Description

Would you like to play a key role in the European market entry of an innovative HW + SaaS solution? Einar Gate is a dynamically growing scale-up that takes gate automation and access control systems to a new level – and now we are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who not only sells, but also builds a market with National Distributor (ND) partners.
Tasks
Opening up new European markets (e.g. Germany, France, Italy)
Finding, acquiring and contracting National Distributor (ND) partners
Conducting C-level (CEO, owner) negotiations
Building and long-term management of strategic partnerships
Managing hybrid sales processes (hardware + SaaS, recurring revenue model)
Identifying market opportunities and developing a business development strategy
Active participation in international exhibitions and business events
Close cooperation with internal teams (product, marketing, management)
