Job Description

What you'll do
  • Defining business goals and objectives, developing and implementing plans to achieve them;
  • Launching product sales processes, ensuring the fulfillment of the product sales plan;
  • Actively attracting new customers, conducting negotiations, presenting the company and products;
  • Developing partnerships with clients;
  • Control of daily processes, compliance with company policy;
  • Revenue planning and forecasting, P&L; and budget control;
  • Search for new business models and opportunities for starting and developing a business;
  • Recruitment, training and support of the sales and business development team, including setting goals and KPIs.
