Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
  • Identify qualify and secure new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Lead client meetings and negotiations ensuring alignment with customer requirements and company objectives.
  • Prepare annual sales budgets monthly targets and forecasts and ensure timely achievement.
  • Build mentor and manage the business development team providing guidance and performance feedback.
  • Monitor sales performance and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
