Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and establish long-term cooperation with top-tier local apps in the Philippines (e.g., e-wallets, e-commerce platforms, and lifestyle apps) to drive high-quality user acquisition
  • Build, maintain, and optimize vital partnerships with local payment gateways, channels, and data providers (e.g., GCash, Maya, Paymango, Bayad Center, and credit bureaus)
  • Identify, negotiate with, and manage diversified traffic channels, including local affiliate networks, loan aggregators, SMS aggregators, and outsourced telemarketing centers (BPOs)
  • Independently own the full business development lifecycle—from initial market prospecting and high-stakes negotiation to contract signing and campaign execution
  • Rigorously monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic volume, conversion rates, Cost Per Lead (CPL), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) to continuously optimize acquisition and operational costs
