Job Description

Our client, an international B2B services company with a strong presence across multiple markets, is currently expanding its commercial team in Frankfurt.

Reporting directly to Regional Management, you will play a key role in driving business growth across a defined territory, with a strong focus on new client acquisition, revenue development, and building long-term commercial relationships.


Key responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and win new clients

  • Convert inbound leads in new deals

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and external partners
  • Candidate profile:

  • Fluent German and professional English

  • Proven experience of 3 years minimum in B2B sales or business development

  • Strong commercial drive with a clear ability to win new business
