The Business Development Manager is responsible for the overall business production of assigned banking center. A successful Business Development Manager will build a profitable banking center through outside sales and promotion of bank products to qualified clients by ethical oversight of bank operations, and by fostering a positive environment that provides superior client experience and associate engagement. This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated, results-oriented sales professional to build a banking center from the ground up. **Responsibilities**
