Qualifications and Competences
- Option 1: College / university degree, e.g. in engineering or sales and management.
- Option 2: No college / university degree, but proven experience in sales, technical consulting or project‑related roles within the construction environment.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience is a must.
- Profound knowledge of the Finnish market, native‑level Finnish and very good English skills for communication in the professional context (Level: B2/C1).
- Confident user of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Power BI and CRM systems.
- Strong customer and goal orientation paired with a high degree of self‑organisation and ownership.
- Communicative, open‑minded and willing to learn, with the ability to build and maintain professional networks.
- Willingness to travel within the area (up to 6 overnight stays per month).
