- Act as the strategic liaison for an elite network of external partners, including Tier-1 Commercial Real Estate firms, Architects, and PMCs, to capture early‑stage intelligence on upcoming office developments and renovation tenders.
- Execute a sophisticated account management strategy for existing corporate clients, transforming successfully delivered physical spaces into enduring strategic alliances and recurring revenue through lifecycle facility upgrades.
