Responsibilities
- Proactively source, evaluate, and prioritize potential IP partners across entertainment, gaming, anime, lifestyle, and consumer brands.
- Build and manage high-value relationships with IP owners, licensors, and agencies to secure long‑term collaboration opportunities.
- Lead partner negotiations, reach agreement on key contractual terms, and ensure compliance with internal processes and external licensing requirements.
