Responsibilities

  • Source and acquire new SME clients through cold calling, digital engagement, networking, and referral channels.
  • Identify client pain points and position tailored trade, cash‑flow, and risk‑management solutions.
  • Develop compelling proposals/quotations with input from underwriting and commercial stakeholders.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline with accurate forecasting to support business planning.
  • Execute disciplined follow‑up to convert prospects and meet annual new‑business targets.
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales leadership to deliver targeted campaigns across direct and partner channels.
