Job Description

Key Purpose

The Business Development Manager will proactively generate and manage new sales opportunities, including Requests for Quotation (RFQs), ensuring effective coordination across internal stakeholders and seamless engagement with customers throughout the opportunity lifecycle—from initial qualification through deal closure and handover to operations.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales Execution



  • Identify, assess, and pursue new business opportunities in line with DSSI’s strategic growth priorities




  • Continuously review target accounts to identify expansion and value-creation opportunities




  • Manage customer engagements, including discovery sessions, opportunity assessments, and solution discussions




  • Prepare, present, and negotiate solution proposals and commercial offers with key decision-makers
