Overview

Key Duties (Including but not limited to):

  • Onboard and expand the network of brokers engaging with the Company’s digital offerings specifically in Midlands, Wales, and Norfolk
  • Improve broker performance metrics such as quote volumes and hit ratios within the region
  • Support SME business migration from commercial and operational perspectives in these territories
  • Collaborate with Marketing to generate leads and enhance brand presence locally
  • Securing deals of significant size and identifying new distribution opportunities within the region

    • Experience required:

  • Strong business and commercial acumen, especially within the UK digital insurance market
  • Established digital broker network in the Midlands, Wales, and Norfolk
  • Excellent negotiation and commercial awareness skills
  • Deep understanding of digital insurance and FinTech trends
