- The Business Development Manager for Utilities will drive growth of medium-voltage products in the Nordics and Baltics and can be based anywhere in the Nordics with approximately 40% travel.
- The role involves building and maintaining customer relationships, leading MV business development and product launches, supporting tenders, acting as the Voice of the Customer in NPD, and owning forecasts and a project pipeline.
- The position requires a university degree in electrical or electronic engineering (MBA is a plus) and significant sales or business development experience in the utilities industry.
- Required skills include strong understanding of medium-voltage equipment, basic power electronics knowledge, autonomous initiative, strategic thinking, and a strong customer orientation.
