- Background in Outsourcing business (RPO/BPO) in US Market
- Bachelor's degree or a relevant experience
- Over 8-10 years of experience
- Proven track record of achieving business growth and financial targets in a recruitment business unit.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Amenable to travel to attend events local or in abroad
