Requirements:

  • Background in Outsourcing business (RPO/BPO) in US Market
  • Bachelor's degree or a relevant experience
  • Over 8-10 years of experience
  • Proven track record of achieving business growth and financial targets in a recruitment business unit.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Amenable to travel to attend events local or in abroad
