About The Role
As a Business Development Manager Philippines, you will lead our expansion into employer-led and enterprise partnerships in the local market to scale our Financial Wellness offering, especially Earned Wage Access (EWA).
We have already identified a prioritized list of the top 50 companies in the Philippines that we want to partner with. Your primary focus will be to convert these priority accounts into signed and launched partnerships, while continuing to build a strong pipeline of additional local employers. You will own the partnership lifecycle end-to-end: from initial outreach to contract signing and partner launch. Given this role’s strategic importance, you will report directly to the Country Manager, with visibility to the CEO.
