Job Description
We are looking for a talented **Business Development Manager** to identify, secure, and manage professional IT resourcing and workforce talent solutions for clients within the technology sector. We are a global leader in IT professional resourcing, permanent recruitment, project solutions, and managed services.
+ **Work Location:** Raleigh, NC (hybrid - 3 days)
+ **Employment Type** : Direct Hire / Permanent
+ **Salary Range:** $60,000 - $90,000 (DOE, plus uncapped commissions)
**Job Duties:**
+ Secure new business and drive expansion within a mix of new prospects and existing clients within an assigned territory.
+ Leverage a modern signal based prospecting approach using sales orchestration tools such as ZoomInfo, Outreach, MS Dynamics, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
+ Generate leads through single subject content creation and routine involvement in networking events
+ Break into new accounts by utilizing skill marketing or MPC marketin...
