Key Responsibilities
- Seeking new potential Introducing Broker (IB) or client
- Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives (South Africa)
- Actively call customers regarding product problems, service questions and general client concerns
- Follow up and maintain customer relationships
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Achieve the best in sales target and KPI
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field or higher
- Professionals with early to mid-level experience
- Working experience in stock, securities, banking, insurance, wealth management preferred
- Knowledge of Stock, Securities, Forex market, MetaTrader 4 will be an advantage
