SUMMARY:
Business Development Manager

POSITION INFO:

  • Identify, target, and acquire new clients across banks, retailers, PSPs, mobile money operators, digital lenders, and enterprise customers.
  • Develop and execute structured prospecting strategies, including cold calling, networking, LinkedIn outreach, and industry events.
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation through negotiation and contract closure.
  • Present and position payment and fintech solutions to senior decisionmakers and executive stakeholders.
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across terminals, services, and emerging technologies.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships during the acquisition and onboarding phase.
