Kinara are representing a growing orthopaedic medical device company with a strong and expanding presence across the UK.
We're searching for a driven and commercially sharp Business Development Manager to take ownership of their shoulder arthroplasty business across the South of England.
This is a high-visibility role, reporting directly to the UK General Manager, with real scope to shape strategy and grow key accounts nationally.
What the role involves:
- Driving sales performance
- Cultivating and managing relationships with key opinion leaders in shoulder surgery
- Developing strategic accounts at both local and national level
