The Challenges
As a Business Development Manager, the candidate will focus on identifying and securing new business, particularly in General Freight (Air & Sea), with the goal of boosting company profitability.

Key responsibilities include proactively targeting potential clients in line with company goals, following up on leads, and analyzing market trends to uncover new opportunities.

The role also involves participating in customer relationship initiatives to enhance retention and growth, while collaborating with Commercial and Operations teams to ensure exceptional service delivery. 
What It Takes
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any field 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Strong commercial awareness.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in negotiation and self-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets and KPIs.
