What You'll Be Doing:
- Client Acquisition & Lead Generation - Identify, engage, and convert businesses that need to hire talents. Use creative strategies, networking, and outreach to bring them on board.
- Manage & Lead a Small Team - Oversee 1-2 interns/ Temp staff focused on cold calling and outreach. Guide them, set targets, and ensure they're effectively engaging potential clients.
- Account Management & Retention - Keep clients happy! Ensure they see the value in EASE Jobs and continue using our platform.
- Collaboration with Candidate Acquisition Teams - Work closely with the team responsible for attracting job seekers, ensuring a steady talent pipeline for clients.
- Work Directly with the App Development Team - Gather client feedback and share insights on areas of improvement, helping shape the app's features and user experience.
