Job Description

Summary

The Business Development Manager is to plan, organize and control selling operations of the company’s product portfolio to the customer base in the assigned territory with the objective of achieving the company’s budgets, profitability and assigned key tasks. Responsible for all of the company’s activities, which include sales, technical service, customer service, direct expenses control and personnel planning and development.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Organize, plan, manage and control the sales and promotion of the company’s product portfolio in the assigned sales area.
  • To transfer knowledge on customer approach and sales techniques to the sales staff in your team.
  • Provide commercial and technical support to all members in the sales team whenever required
