- Lead business growth by identifying and cultivating new opportunities to expand the company's portfolio and market presence.
- Manage sales inquiries for commercial and government projects.
- Consult with clients to ascertain requirements and needs.
- Submit tenders and negotiate prices with clients.
- Organize workflow to meet client deadlines for handover.
- Collaborate with designers, project managers, QS team, and purchasing team to ensure high-quality project completion, prioritize client satisfaction, and execute projects smoothly.
