Job Description
Your Impact
- Manage full sales cycle from enquiry to handover across 10–20 active projects annually
- Prepare compliant proposals aligned with BS EN 12101, BS EN 1366-8, and ISO 21927-9 standards
- Build relationships with M&E contractors, consultants, and developers across residential and mixed-use sectors
- Deliver technical presentations and post-tender meetings to secure contracts worth £100K–£1,500K
- Attend 8–12 industry events yearly to generate leads and raise brand awareness
- Maintain CRM records and produce monthly sales forecasts and pipeline reports
What Drives Success
- 3–5 years’ experience in technical sales or estimating within construction or building services
- Strong understanding of smoke control systems and mechanical ventilation
- Familiarity with UK building regulations (e.g. Approved Document B, BS EN 13501-4)
