Job Description

Your Impact

  • Manage full sales cycle from enquiry to handover across 10–20 active projects annually
  • Prepare compliant proposals aligned with BS EN 12101, BS EN 1366-8, and ISO 21927-9 standards
  • Build relationships with M&E contractors, consultants, and developers across residential and mixed-use sectors
  • Deliver technical presentations and post-tender meetings to secure contracts worth £100K–£1,500K
  • Attend 8–12 industry events yearly to generate leads and raise brand awareness
  • Maintain CRM records and produce monthly sales forecasts and pipeline reports

What Drives Success

  • 3–5 years’ experience in technical sales or estimating within construction or building services
  • Strong understanding of smoke control systems and mechanical ventilation
  • Familiarity with UK building regulations (e.g. Approved Document B, BS EN 13501-4)
