About the Role

As a Business Development Manager within BOQ’s Third Party Broker Unit, you’ll play a key role in growing and strengthening our broker distribution channel.

This role is focused on building meaningful, trusted relationships with accredited brokers and aggregator partners, positioning BOQ as a valued lending partner and helping drive sustainable home loan growth while supporting existing customer retention.

You’ll be the face of BOQ in the broker market, confidently sharing the BOQ story, promoting our lending solutions and supporting brokers to deliver great outcomes for their clients. Working closely with internal teams across Broker Operations, Credit and Home Lending, you’ll help ensure a smooth end‑to‑end experience, from quality application submission through to settlement.
