Business Development Officer - Environment & Engineering Consulting On-site - Quezon City 5-10 Yrs Exp Bachelor Full-time 
GreenDevelopment Sustainable Solutions, Inc. (GreenDev) is hiring a Business Development Officer (BDO) to help us grow a high-trust consulting pipeline. This role is for someone who can do consultative selling, listening deeply, qualifying opportunities, and coordinating proposal development with technical teams while keeping deals disciplined through a structured CRM and proposal workflow 
What you’ll do: Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities (lead gen, outreach, follow-ups, and account nurturing). 
Run discovery / needs assessment calls: clarify client objectives, constraints, timelines, decision makers, and buying process. 
Qualify and prioritize opportunities (go/no-go) based on fit, probability, and effort-to-win.
