Role Summary
Own and execute payment channel expansion and day-to-day operations across emerging markets. This is a hands-on role focused on internal execution (70–80%) with some external partner coordination (20–30%).
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new payment channels and banking partners
- Manage day-to-day payment and banking operations, including card issuance/opening
- Ensure smooth payment flows, settlements, and reconciliations
- Act as the main point of coordination across internal teams (payments, treasury, compliance, product, ops)
- Handle operational issues and escalations quickly and effectively
- Coordinate with banks, PSPs, and partners on onboarding and ongoing operations
