Job Description

DHL Express is seeking a Business Development Representative based in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid B2B inside sales role with Canada-wide prospecting scope and no industry restrictions.

About the Role

You’ll start by using our CRM system to qualify prospects by telephone, email, and online platforms across Canada. You’ll promote DHL Express services to new and existing clients, act as the customer’s point of contact, and coordinate with internal departments on lead initiatives.

As you grow, you’ll re‑activate, onboard, and manage small‑sized business accounts, identify opportunities for growth, utilize commercial tools to maximize revenue, and practice pipeline management to set up new businesses within DHL Express.
